Digital Abstract & Title is a full-service title and escrow company. We are a relatively new company, but not new in the title industry. Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in residential, commercial, and farm and ranch transactions. Digital Abstract & Title was born out of necessity for efficiency. It was the dream of carving a new path in the title industry and creating a different kind of title company that started it all. We believe our customers and communities deserve more than a “get in line” attitude, when it comes to title insurance and escrow transactions. Digital Abstract & Title began obtaining County records from the courthouses and indexing them in July of 2013. Hemphill County was the initial plant to be licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance on February 14, 2014, from that point forward Digital Abstract & Title was able to conduct business as a licensed Title Agent!

 

It was the goal of our founders to provide 24/7 online access to our plants and although they never intended to become a software company, the desire to provide users with a top of the line online platform lead to the development of Blackacre. Blackacre provides our users with the ability to easily access our plants with courthouse images at the click of a mouse from the comfort of….well anywhere! Our offices are located in Perryton, TX and Pampa, TX and we offer assistance in both English and Spanish. Whether you need title insurance, access to our records, a qualified intermediary for a 1031 exchange or  have plans to purchase or sell real estate and don’t know where to begin, we can help you navigate the process.
